Over the course of three months, we'll meet for a two-hour strategy session each month, giving us the time to dig into the areas of your business that matter most. Every session is tailored to you, your goals, and the season you're in.
We'll end each call with a clear plan for the month ahead, so you'll always know exactly what to focus on before we meet again.
No wondering what to work on next. No spinning your wheels. Just meaningful progress, one step at a time.
And because building a business doesn't happen in a two-hour call, you'll have ongoing access to me through Slack all month long. Ask questions, work through challenges, share wins, or get feedback as you implement. You're never left figuring it out on your own.
